Visual Callflow allows you to visually display and configure the path of an incoming call within your company. Thanks to the graphical user interface, you can easily see what happens to a call after dialing the main number—whether it is routed to the reception, sales department, technical support, voice menu, call queue, or an alternative number.

peoplefone Time Routing

Time Routing allows you to set up automatic call routing based on business hours, days of the week, holidays, or special exceptions.

During business hours, calls can be routed, for example, to the reception or sales department. Outside of business hours, they can be forwarded to a voicemail, an informational announcement, an emergency number, or any other chosen destination. Time Routing helps ensure that your customers always get the right response, even when you are not in the office.

Examples of use:

  • During business hours: Calls are routed to the reception or a specific team. Freely configurable announcements and key selections.
  • Outside of business hours: Calls are routed to a voice announcement or voicemail.
  • Weekend: Calls are routed to an alternative/back-up number.
  • Holidays or vacation: A special routing plan is activated.
  • Emergency situation: The call is forwarded according to a pre-defined scenario.

Manual Routing

Manual Routing serves as a simple manual switch for call routing. This allows the company to operationally change where calls are directed—for example, during lunch breaks, meetings, outages, holidays, or times of increased workload.

The reception or an authorized user can switch the mode without the need to call a technician or change complex settings.

Examples of use:

  • The reception leaves for lunch and calls are forwarded to a colleague
  • Service activates the on-call/emergency mode
  • The company forwards calls to voicemail during a meeting
  • Operations temporarily forward calls to a mobile number
  • The sales department forwards calls to another branch

VoIP devices for peoplefone vPBX

Generally compatible with all VoIP-enabled phones. Recommended devices have been tested by peoplefone and are particularly easy to install thanks to the auto-provisioning feature. You can find a detailed list in the Installation section.
