Sébastien, why did you decide to adopt a new telephony solution?
‘When the switch-off of analogue telephony was planned, we naturally switched to Voice-over-IP technology. Our market analysis showed that, thanks to its many years of experience in the field of VoIP, peoplefone is extremely competitive in terms of both price and performance.”
Which solution did you opt for?
“We chose peoplefone’s SIP trunk solution because it allowed us to continue using our existing infrastructure, including our telephone switchboard. For an SME like ours, this was both more practical and more cost-effective.”
