Flat rate for SIP trunk

With all our telephony solutions, you can choose whether you want your telephone charges billed on a pay-as-you-go basis or whether you prefer a flat-rate subscription. In many cases, the flat-rate option is more advantageous.

• peoplefone FLAT is available exclusively to business customers with a signed peoplefone Business contract (postpaid).
• The minimum contract term is 12 months, with a 3-month notice period.
• FLAT can be subscribed to per peoplefone account for a minimum of 2x SIP-TRUNK voice channels.
• The number of FLAT users or voice channels subscribed to does not affect the number of incoming voice channels.
• FLAT users or voice channels can be activated, increased, or reduced on the 1st of each month.
• Requests for changes must be submitted in writing to peoplefone by the 15th of the previous month at the latest.
• If the number of FLAT users or voice channels is changed, a new minimum contract term of 12 months begins on the 1st of the following month.
• If the included minutes are exceeded, additional call minutes will be billed at the applicable peoplefone standard rates.
• Charged service, business, premium, and value-added numbers are not included in the FLAT plan and will be billed separately.
