Anker Swiss is impressed by peoplefone’s commitment

Anker Swiss ZP AG is part of the Anker Swiss Group, a recruitment agency with offices in Zurich, Lucerne/Sursee, Bern, Zug, and Ticino. The company places approximately 2,500 job seekers per year, with a focus on the construction and industrial sectors. Anker Swiss ZP AG, based in Sursee, was founded in January 2022. It currently employs 17 people.

Anker Swiss ZP AG has been using a 3CX system from peoplefone since January 2023. Why did you need a new telephony solution?

Our holding company has grown significantly since its founding in April 2021. We now have four locations in Switzerland and plan to continue expanding. A straightforward phone solution that can be expanded quickly was key for us. 3CX excels in this regard: Setting up an account for new employees, for example, is quick and easy. Additionally, the system can be managed centrally while still allowing for different configurations at each location.

Does your company have any other specific telephony needs?

Aside from our rapid growth, our high call volume is certainly worth mentioning. This, too, must be able to scale seamlessly as needed. And as casual as it may sound, it’s important to us that the phone rings when someone calls us. That’s not a given with all virtual phone systems.

Do you see any drawbacks to the 3CX solution?

The fact that the system can do almost anything naturally also comes with its pitfalls. If something isn’t set up correctly, it’s difficult to pinpoint the problem. For example, we’ve had instances where an employee’s line was also busy while I was on the phone. In moments like these, we rely on our partner, who knows the system well and can reconfigure the system accordingly.

How did the transition go? Were there any reactions from the employees?

The biggest change is that we no longer have phone handsets with the new system. However, both our employees in Zurich and our colleagues in Zurich were already familiar with virtual solutions. In that respect, the transition went smoothly.

What were the main reasons for switching to peoplefone and the installation company Huber Informatik?

I was familiar with peoplefone from a previous job and found our collaboration to be very positive. I learned about Huber Informatik through a business network I belong to. Their team helped us out some time ago during an emergency when our phone system was hacked and our provider at the time was unreachable.

How satisfied are you with the collaboration?

There were a few misunderstandings at the beginning regarding responsibilities and configurations. However, since a clarifying discussion with our partners, everything has been going very well. I have to say honestly that I was impressed by how committed peoplefone was to ensuring our satisfaction with the service.

What else would you like to see from your partners?

The close collaboration between the installation partner and the provider made the transition simple and straightforward. For me, it was a huge relief because I felt taken seriously and well advised. Today, as I said, we’re very satisfied with the collaboration.
