What prompted you to look for a new telephony solution?
We were interested in reducing costs. We also have multiple locations and wanted to integrate them into a single communications system as easily as possible and without additional costs. Telephony was part of that.
How was the collaboration with the peoplefone partner during the proposal phase, implementation, and support?
During the proposal phase, we were impressed by the price and the expected cost savings. The consultation provided by com4all was very professional. The installation and ongoing support have been excellent. We are completely satisfied.
How satisfied are you with the current quality of the telephony solution? And was the switch worth it?
The call quality is very good; we don’t notice any difference from before. Since one location isn’t constantly staffed, we occasionally have to forward calls from that number to another location. This can be done very easily and at no additional cost. This wouldn’t be possible with a traditional solution. Financially, the switch has definitely been worth it. We’re able to save a significant amount of money.
