Why did you switch to a new telephony solution?
Our partner EyeTeK, which provides us with our ERP system “ForenSys®,” introduced us to the provider peoplefone and its telephony solution, peoplefone HOSTED. At first glance, the solution seemed very interesting and the price very competitive.
Which solution did you choose?
As mentioned in the previous question, we opted for the peoplefone HOSTED solution, which we were able to test for 30 days—a highly reassuring aspect for a project of this nature. The solution quickly won us over with its features and the ability to integrate telephony into our ERP system “ForenSys®,” which is a major advantage.
How was the collaboration with peoplefone and the installation partner?
Our partner EyeTeK, in collaboration with peoplefone, handled both the proposal phase and the commercial aspects of the project efficiently and quickly. Once the project was approved, peoplefone recommended a technical partner to us for the integration and configuration of the peoplefone HOSTED solution. What really impressed us was that, thanks to the collaboration with the technical partner, we were able to handle many tasks ourselves and currently have full access to the technical parameters of our phone system. With peoplefone, it’s therefore possible to set up your phone system with the support of a technical partner or completely on your own if you have a good understanding of this field.
How satisfied are you with the new solution?
We are very satisfied with our peoplefone HOSTED solution, as it meets our expectations, and we have recommended it to other colleagues for their own law firms. Thanks to peoplefone, we’ve been able to optimize our costs—which is no small thing—but above all, we have a solution that is stable and meets our telephony needs.
