Why did you switch to a new telephony solution?
IP telephony is state-of-the-art today and expands the possibilities of telephony through innovative apps, which is why it was important for us to switch to this technology. How did the transition go?
Absolutely hassle-free. The transition was meticulously planned by our IT partner, Teleinformatik, and implemented exactly as scheduled. Our employees barely noticed the change.

What is the biggest difference compared to the previous solution?
The new solution is now directly integrated with ESTOS and MS Office. In addition, thanks to the peoplefone app, employees can now be reached on their landline numbers even when they’re on the go. They can also call Switzerland from abroad at a low cost and with good call quality.
