SenseFly SA

SenseFly is a company based in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne that specializes in the development of autonomous drones equipped with high-resolution cameras and designed for professional use in agriculture, animal welfare, building inspection, and cartography.

Damien, how many employees does SenseFly SA have?

The SenseFly Group employs around 100 people worldwide. Our headquarters in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne is responsible for both the administrative side of our business and the technical development of our drones and onboard cameras, which are designed right here on-site.

Which peoplefone solution did you choose?

We currently have about fifty lines connected to the “peoplefone HOSTED” virtual PBX solution. This solution allows us to use an IVR (Interactive Voice Response system), set up call forwarding, and work from anywhere outside our offices.

What were the biggest challenges in implementing the peoplefone solution?

Our main expectations were a solution that could be deployed quickly and was flexible, so we could easily adapt to any changes in staff—such as new hires or departures—and, of course, a stable solution, since telephony remains an indispensable means of communication for our business operations. With the support of our partner Fastnet SA, peoplefone HOSTED perfectly met these various requirements.
