How long have you been using peoplefone as your provider for phone calls at Suisse Nurse?
We’ve been using peoplefone Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams for about three months.
What were the main reasons for switching to peoplefone?
We’ve been working closely with IT-HelpPoint GmbH for some time and wanted an internal and external communication solution via Microsoft Teams. Essentially, we needed a central phone number so that we’d have a consolidated channel to respond appropriately to all inquiries—from employees and customers alike. In addition, we didn’t formally have a functioning phone system before. So we had to set up a completely new one and generate a “new” service number.
In your opinion, what are the advantages of this new solution?
The new solution is highly efficient, and the infrastructure runs smoothly. The whole system is very user-friendly; calls can be put on hold and forwarded without any issues.
How did the transition go?
There were no problems during setup or the transition—quite the opposite: The collaboration between Suisse Nurse, IT-HelpPoint GmbH, and peoplefone was fantastic and incredibly fast. This was especially true when it came to initial contact. It even led to a sort of friendship with Andreas Walther from IT-HelpPoint GmbH.
Were there any specific challenges?
We had to set up and launch the nonexistent call center from scratch and link a service number to it. A service number that functions flawlessly around the clock is crucial for our company, both for our customers and our employees. With the previous solution, calls could not be forwarded, or only with great difficulty. Another challenge, therefore, was to provide our employees with comprehensive training on how to use the service number and Microsoft Teams.
An important aspect was the thorough preparation provided by the installation company IT-Help-Point GmbH, specifically Andreas Walther. How did you find working with him and his team?
Working with Andreas and his team was a very positive and professional experience. The high level of expertise demonstrated by IT-HelpPoint GmbH was very impressive, and they’re available to their customers around the clock. To be honest, I’ve never seen such a competent IT company. Their product “Work!Point,” which we selected, is perfectly tailored to our needs: We received state-of-the-art equipment, various phone numbers, and everything was automatically set up. Since then, we haven’t had to worry about a thing and can simply open a support ticket if any issues arise.
Suisse Nurse employees are often on the go—did that influence your choice of telephony solution?
Yes, definitely. We needed a phone system where all employees are always reachable. Microsoft Teams is the perfect solution for that.
Do you and your employees have any other specific needs regarding the phone system?
That everything stays just the way it is. The prices are very fair and transparent. The service you get in return is unbeatable. The personal touch and close contact with customers, as well as the quick problem-solving, are also commendable.
