Why did you switch to a new telephony solution?
The initial impetus came from our IT partner, Teleinformatik. As part of the transition from analog to VoIP telephony, they obtained quotes from various providers on our behalf to ensure that our phone system would remain up to date and that we could benefit from the advantages of VoIP telephony.
Which solution did you switch to?
After evaluating the quotes, we decided on peoplefone SIP-TRUNK. On the one hand, this offering perfectly met our needs; on the other hand, the cost-benefit ratio with peoplefone was better than that of the competitors.
How did the transition go?
The switch was completed in a single evening and did not disrupt our business operations in any way. The new solution worked flawlessly right after implementation and has not caused us any problems since.
What were the challenges?
Since our partner Teleinformatik has always provided close support and the peoplefone solution continues to work flawlessly to this day, there’s nothing I could mention here.
What is the biggest difference compared to the previous solution?
With the new solution, we’re technologically equipped for the future. In addition, adjusting and scaling the connections has become simpler, which in turn reduces our costs. At the same time, the administrative processes for the peoplefone solution are very transparent and straightforward. We really appreciate the overall package, which includes a reliable product and excellent service.

WKP Bauingenieure is an independent engineering firm based in Zurich. This long-established company has been in business for over 90 years. With our 20 employees, we offer our engineering services on numerous projects throughout Switzerland. In doing so, we rely on our many years of experience as well as on providing competent and personalized support to our clients.
