Zenhäusern Frères SA is a family-owned business founded in Valais in 1982. For over 35 years, Zenhäusern has operated 16 locations in the bakery, pastry, confectionery, restaurant, and catering sectors, and today employs more than 440 people as well as about fifteen apprentices. All Zenhäusern products are conceived, developed, and manufactured in Sion at the “Centre Zen,” with a preference for high-quality regional ingredients.
Michel, why did you choose peoplefone?

What were the challenges involved in this transition?
After acquiring new phone numbers, the biggest challenge was communicating this change to ensure we remained reachable for our customers and suppliers while also guaranteeing the smooth technical operation of our system. How satisfied are you with your new phone solution?
The Zenhäusern Group and I are extremely satisfied with our decision to choose peoplefone as our phone provider—on the one hand, because of the responsiveness and professionalism of their customer service, and on the other, because of the business model offered with their solutions, which has allowed us to achieve savings on our communication costs.
