Detailed conditions for peoplefone FLAT

The peoplefone Business FLAT is only valid for peoplefone business customers with a signed peoplefone Business contract (postpaid).
The minimum duration of peoplefone Business FLAT is 12 months with a 3-month notice period
The minimum flat subscription is defined as follows: The flat can be booked in a peoplefone account for at least 2x vPBX users or at least 2x SIP-TRUNK voice channels.
The number of selected flat users or flat voice channels does not limit the number of incoming voice channels.
The number of flat users or flat voice channels can be concluded on the first day of each month.
The number of flat users or flat voice channels can be increased or decreased on the first day of each month. The request must be submitted in writing to peoplefone by the 15th of the month. In case of a change of the number of users a new minimum contract period of 12 months starts from the 1st of the following month.
Monthly minutes usage is accumulated for all within the account. It is not possible to carry over unused call minutes to the next month.
If the included minutes are exceeded within the month, the additional minutes will be charged at peoplefone standard rates.
Chargeable service, business and other premium numbers are not included in the FLAT and will be charged additionally.
